"Man I am bored" Tommy said throwing a tennis ball up against the side of his bed room. He, Chuckie, Phil, and Dil all lay as bored as can be. They were bored and the girls were away on some girl empowerment retreat with Betty and Charolette.

"Huh if only there was something we could do. But it is too hot to go out" Chuckie said.

"Yeah and there is nothing on TV and no good movies playing" Dil whined. They all lay their staring at the ceiling fearing for certain this was going to be the most boring day ever until Stu, Tommy and Dil's father walked in.

"Hey gang,listen I know how much you teens are in to energy drinks so I have come up with a new formula that I am presenting tommorrow but was wondering if maybe you all would like to test it" He said with a pleading grin. The gang shrugged and followed Stu at least it was something to do.

They walked down to the basement where Stu had laid four cups with a red liquid inside "Go ahead and try it out, then I will see if it gives you energy." Stu said eagerly. The teens gulped it down and all had funny faces Dil turned towards his father.

"Well umm dad it certainly is not like any other energy drink I have had before" He said

"Yeah one of kind" Phil agreed. Stu lept in excitement and ran up to tell Didi. Once he was gone the gang started coughing.

"Aww man, that was the worst drink ever what he put in this barf!" Phil yelled.

"Oh come on guys he was just trying his best" Tommy said He then pulled on his shirt "Gee is anyone else starting to feel hot" He said.

"Yeah I think I am" Chuckie replied as did everyone else. Suddenly Dil started to scratch himself. Suddenly red fur grew on his back

"I think it was the drink it is causing a---ruff" Phil barked before covering his mouth "Did I do woof" He barked again.

Tommy looked at him "Phil your face!" What he was referring too was Phil's enlongating lips and rounding nose, as brown fur covered his face "What's goin awww" Tommy yelled interrupted by a pain in his back. He turned around and saw a long black tail ripping out of his jeans.

"Woah man that drink is turning us into dawww" Chuckie yelled feeling a cramping in his feet as they grew longer into paws. He and the other boys continued to change and it sped up.

"ROW RIS DIS RAPPENING" Tommy yelled as he stood on four paws and his face began to lengthen out into a muzzle.

"Ro Much for Rom" Phil said as his tail burst out of his shorts. Dil and Chuckie had already lost their ability to speak. The final changes finished and then the teens stared at each other.

First there was phil who was now a full grown brown lab, next chuckie who had become a massive great dane, next Dil who had become short snouted Pit Bull and finally there was Tommy who had turned into a black Labrador retriever. Didi and Stu heard all the ruckus and saw the results.

They were worried after all how were they going to change the boys back. Thankfully Stu was able to come up with an antidote in just three weeks but the boys still turned back to dogs every once in a while and to top it off the tails stayed, but they did not mind their times being dogs, in fact they made their best memories of their friendship as dogs.
